1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern services provided by Noor Aesthetic Clinic Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16292006.

2. Booking & Consultations

All treatments are by appointment only. Every new laser patient must complete a consultation and patch test before treatment. The consultation fee is redeemable against treatment as stated at the time of booking.

3. Payment

Full payment is due on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed. Package treatments must be paid in full at the start of the course.

4. Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit. No-shows may forfeit the full appointment fee.

5. Treatment Packages

Packages must be used within 18 months from purchase unless otherwise stated. Packages are non-refundable but may be transferable subject to clinic approval.

6. Medical Suitability

Not all treatments are suitable for all patients. We reserve the right to decline treatment on medical grounds. You must disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and previous treatments.

7. Results & Expectations

Aesthetic treatments produce variable results depending on individual factors. We provide realistic estimates but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

8. Aftercare

Patients are responsible for following aftercare instructions. Failure to do so may affect outcomes.

9. Liability

Noor Aesthetic Clinic Ltd is insured for medical practice. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Complaints

If you wish to raise a complaint, speak to Dr. Fatima directly or email info@nooraestheticclinic.co.uk. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

11. Photography & Marketing

We will never use your image, name, or identifying information for marketing without explicit written consent.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
